After being released from prison, a professional thief has one clear goal: to recover a valuable diamond he hid in a construction site before his arrest. However, upon returning, he discovers that a police precinct is already operating there, turning his simple retrieval plan into an almost impossible task. With no better options, he pretends to be an experienced detective and joins the officers' team, hoping to reach his prize unnoticed. His criminal experience unexpectedly helps solve cases, recognize other thieves' methods, and quickly earn the respect of his colleagues. Yet, each success pulls him deeper into real police work, making the lies harder to manage. At the same time, dangerous accomplices from his past return, unwilling to give up their share, forcing him to navigate between officers, criminals, and the constant threat of being exposed.
